Yes. Most exterior modifications—such as painting, fencing, landscaping, roof changes, or additions—require approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before work begins. Application forms and guidelines are available on the website.

Homes on Woodlands Boulevard can only park in their garage or on their driveway. Additionally, the City’s code prohibits parking on Woodlands Boulevard. No vehicles can be parked on the lawn of any home in Section IV.

The only meeting required for section IV members is our annual meeting which is held in December every year.

If you are listing your home for sale, please advise the realtor to tell the Buyer that they need an estoppel letter from our Association. The buyer or the buyer’s agent or attorney can e-mail their draft estoppel letter to ilenemichelson@aol.com. There is a charge of $200 for an estoppel letter. Buyer must also e-mail me a copy of the executed contract for sale and the contact information for the buyer; i.e. name, e-mail address and all phone numbers.

Currently yes, but owner or renter needs to e-mail me at ilenemichelson@aol.com the contact information for the renter; i.e. name, all phone number and a copy of the executed lease.
